Jacob is the best! He has now helped me buy my first home, sell it a few years later and buy a new one! He goes above and beyond at each step of the process. He does extra advertising, helps work through negotiations, and is extremely responsive. He helped us work through some pretty big hoops with selling and buying but he handled it like a true pro.
