I’ve got two great listing in Pullman.  720 SE Pheasant Run and 725 SE Pheasant Run in Pullman.  These two houses are probably in the best neighborhood in Pullman.  Another agent (Jason “Shamma Lamma” Shull) and I (Jacob “Turned Down for What” Davis) came up with an idea to do an open house battle Royale!  You never know sometimes with Open houses who will show up.  Below is the ad we ran.

Part of the open house was a BBQ sandwich cookoff.  I made Kalua pig Hawaii style sandwiches.  Actually my wife made it.  She’s from Hawaii and makes some great food!  Jason made a whiskey BBQ flavor BBQ sandwich.

The turn out was awesome!  We were both super busy from 12-2.  We actually went till 3PM for the open house.  720 SE Pheasant Run actually got an accepted offer that day.  A few pics of the 720 SE Pheasant Run Pullman are below.
