We thoroughly enjoyed working with Jacob. He was prompt and courteous through the entire process of our real estate purchase. If we had a question he could not immediately answer he was in contact with someone that could and relayed that information promptly. He was very proficient in explaining documents and was very patient as he walked us through what we needed to do. Jacob was also very accommodating, through the use of technology, to the hindrances we experienced of living so far away from the real estate office when it came time for signing documents.
